Yves enormous accomplishments started in Torrance, California as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Epson a $2+ billion division of Seiko Epson Corporation. Yves moved to become the VP of Kodak US, focused on the $140 million wide format inkjet division with an R&D budget of $22 million and responsible for offices in Singapore, London, San Diego and Rochester.
In 2008 Yves became President and CEO of Intuit (Canada & UK) a $160 million division with over 400 employees serving the Canadian and UK markets. Yves is an executive, who builds great organizations. He grew 3 organizations to over $100 million in revenues. Built the process to support that growth. Drove in excess of $800 million in turnover as a Vice President of Sales. Turned around two unprofitable organizations. Has led small start-ups to organizations in excess of 500 employees. Transformed low morale organizations to highly engaged teams. Driven all form of organization change from growth to rationalization and outsourcing to insourcing and evolved three entrepreneurial organizations into scalable enterprises.
Drew started his career with IBM where he lead international migration teams responsible for leading, and growing IBM technical services for Canada, and the Southern and the Western territories of the United States with project managers and direct reports in Russia, India, Canada and the United States and then becoming Program Director for IBM's distributed database product – DB2 for Linux, UNIX and Windows, where he Built and managed a global product management team focused on rapidly growing one of IBM’s largest software products.
Drew is currently a Senior Product manager at Google. Leader for the Google DoubleClick Ad Exchange publisher business and the AdX Real Time Bidder platform. Working with Google’s engineering, sales, marketing and product teams to grow the market share and satisfaction with Google DoubleClick Ad Exchange. Leading customer centric changes to our Real Time Bidding engine and driving adoption with major buyers and publishers for Direct Deals within AdX. Drew is also a frequent speaker including at AdMonsters, IAB, GoogleThink!, DoubleClick CAB and Canadian Marketing events and has an Executive MBA from the University of Western Ontario – Richard Ivey School of Business and a BSc, Software Engineering from the University of Toronto.

Shawn has been the General Manager of Mars Food Canada since November 2011 where he is responsible for the Canadian operations of the Food Business. Mars is known for such brands as Uncle Ben’s, Snickers, M&M’s, Pedigree, Whiskas, Wrigley and Skittles. Prior to joining Mars, Shawn was VP Marketing of SC Johnson Canada known for such brands as Ziploc, Glade, Raid, Off!, Windex Scrubbing Bubbles and Pledge. During his 14 years with SC Johnson, he held a series of positions in both Canada and the US in Marketing, Sales, Category Management and Customer Marketing. Shawn also spent four years in retail food service with the Second Cup Coffee Company where he served as VP Marketing and VP Operations.
Shawn believes that great companies make the communities where they do business better because of their presence. To that end, he has served his community in leadership volunteer roles with the United Way, Habitat for Humanity, St Joe’s Life Care, The Sunshine Foundation and The Red Cross.
Shawn graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in 1991 with an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).
Victoria is a Chartered Accountant and a veteran of providing financial oversight to growing companies, especially in the area of marketing and communications. Most recently, Victoria was a Managing Director at MDC Partners Inc., advising a portfolio of marketing agency CEO’s on strategies to accelerate and manage growth. Her experience in this area developed from the ground up; in 1992, Victoria co-founded Capital C – an integrated marketing agency working with select blue chip clients to revitalize brands, launch new products, and build brand equity, Victoria directed the company’s expansion through organic growth, strategic acquisition and eventually its sale to MDC Partners.
Prior to co-founding Capital C, Victoria was the Chief Financial Officer at Butterfield & Robinson, a tour operator of luxury adult biking and walking trips in Europe and Asia where she implemented the company’s first integrated customer-interface software application and built the infrastructure for operational satellite offices in France and Italy.
Victoria articled with Ernst & Young in Toronto and KPMG in San Francisco, and earned an MBA from Schulich School of Business at York University. She has been on staff as a lecturer at Waterloo University and at the International MBA program at Schulich, lecturing in Business Valuations. Victoria has served on several non-profit Boards including the Toronto Community Foundation, the Southlake Regional Healthcare Centre Foundation and the Temagami Community Foundation which she presently chairs.
